Returns Policy

At BestBeds Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

You can request a return if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• You contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery
• The product is undamaged, unassembled, and in original condition

Please note: Custom-made beds, opened mattresses, or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contact@bestbed.co.uk or call +44 742 448 3050
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if the item is damaged)
3. Our support team will provide the return address and instructions

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping
• If returning due to change of mind, the customer pays for return shipping

Refunds are processed within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping Information

We deliver all products across the UK and Ireland.

• UK delivery is free of charge
• Ireland delivery may include additional charges, shown at checkout
• Tracked delivery with prior contact before dispatch

Delivery Times:

• Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days
• Custom or made-to-order beds may take longer

Shipping Notes:

• Deliveries are kerbside or ground floor unless arranged otherwise
• First-floor delivery and assembly options are available at extra cost
• We currently do not ship outside the UK and Ireland
