6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:
✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Custom-made or personalised beds cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Used, assembled, or damaged items due to misuse.
❌ Mattresses without original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
❌ Clearance or sale items.

6.2 Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Warranty

All our beds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering material defects and workmanship.

  • What’s covered? Frame defects, structural damage (not caused by misuse).
  • What’s not covered? Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper assembly, or modifications.

7. User Accounts & Security

  • You can create an account on our website for faster checkout and order tracking.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, please notify us immediately.

We are not liable for any loss due to compromised accounts caused by user negligence.
