BESTBEDS Online strives to provide the highest quality upholstered beds and bedroom furniture. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully before making a return request.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
✅ The item must be free from damage, stains, odours, or modifications.
✅ Custom-made or personalised beds cannot be returned unless faulty.
The following items are non-refundable:
❌ Used or assembled items – Once an item has been used or assembled, we cannot accept returns.
❌ Mattresses without original packaging – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mattress returns once the packaging has been opened.
❌ Custom or made-to-order beds – Any bed made to specific dimensions, fabrics, colors, or styles per customer request is non-returnable unless defective.
❌ Clearance or sale items – Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final and cannot be returned.
❌ Damaged due to misuse – If the product is damaged due to improper handling or assembly, it is not eligible for a return.
If you meet the above criteria and wish to return an item, follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide the following details in your return request:
Order Number
Reason for Return
Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Step 4: Pack the item securely and return it to the provided address.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 14 business days and process your refund if eligible.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide:
Clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
Order details for verification.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or model, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Orders already shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.
All our beds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering:
✔️ Structural frame defects
✔️ Material faults (fabric or upholstery issues)
This does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Accidental damage
❌ Misuse or improper assembly
