At BestBeds Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.
You can request a return if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- You contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery
- The product is undamaged, unassembled, and in original condition
Please note: Custom-made beds, opened mattresses, or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if the item is damaged)
- Our support team will provide the return address and instructions
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping
- If returning due to change of mind, the customer pays for return shipping
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- First-floor delivery and assembly options are available at extra cost
