Returns Policy

At BestBeds Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

You can request a return if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• You contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery
• The product is undamaged, unassembled, and in original condition

Please note: Custom-made beds, opened mattresses, or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if the item is damaged)
3. Our support team will provide the return address and instructions

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping
• If returning due to change of mind, the customer pays for return shipping

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• UK delivery is free of charge
• Tracked delivery with prior contact before dispatch

Delivery Times:

• Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days
• Custom or made-to-order beds may take longer

• Deliveries are kerbside or ground floor unless arranged otherwise
• First-floor delivery and assembly options are available at extra cost
• We currently do not ship outside the UK
