 on acceptance of an order by BestBedsOnline

 We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:

  1.  we have insufficient stock to deliver the item you have ordered.
  2.  our Couriers do not deliver to your area.
  3. one or more of the items ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website.
  4.  the items are withdrawn by the manufacturer or by order of any governmental authority
  5.  the payment transaction is not authorised.

 We do reject your order, we will notify you by email and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the order as soon as possible,

In any event if refund takes up to 30 days, we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Each bed and mattress are bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange on any beds or mattresses.

We do not offer any VAT returns and VAT refunds

Items are subjected to availability of stock and may be withdrawn at any time

Payments are accepted from bank accounts registered in UK

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa Electron, Visa Debit)

Master card /Amex /Discover/Maestro and payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please check the item dimensions when you order to make sure that the item will fit into your room

We will not refund order that will not fit in your home due to item dimensions.

Please make sure you check item will fit in your home before you place order.

Please note that when products are ordered at different times, we cannot guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches.

Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted.

Prices for our items may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any items whose order is confirmed and dispatched.
