Returns and Shipping Policy

Best Bed Online (“we” or “us” or “our”) is dedicated to deliver quality services to our users (“user” or “you” or “you”). This returns and shipping policy explains how we handle orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds on our website, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

Returns and Refunds

We allow returns on all damaged products and provide the necessary refunds, provided the following requirements are met:

Damages, missing parts, and other such issues with the products are reported within 24 hours of products being delivered via email.

Damages and other such issues with the product do not occur after you have purchased the product. If they do, the product becomes ineligible for a refund.

In case you find items damaged or parts missing upon delivery please notify our couriers and email us.

When contacting us about damages to products you purchased from our store, ensure to send your email with photos of the damaged item. The email should be sent not more than 24 hours after the delivery.

When reporting missing items, ensure to let the courier know how many items are missing from the delivery, then contact us via email stating what items are missing. If there are no problems with those items present in your delivery, you are to accept them while we confirm which items are missing and make arrangements to have them sent to you ASAP.

If a collection is arranged, please ensure to have the products to be returned ready for collection on the ground floor. Our third-party services do not collect goods from any other floor except the ground floor.

When repackaging items for returns, ensure to repackage them in the original package they were delivered in.

You can not return orders that have been customized to fit special requirements provided by you.

Order Cancellation

If you ever change your mind about an order, you can cancel your order before it is delivered.

For us to process your order cancellation, you need to give us at least 5 days notice before the delivery date.

Order cancellation will incur a £35 charge for admin and processing.

You can not cancel orders on products that have been customized to fit special requirements provided by you.


We provide a one-year warranty for structural defects and manufacturing faults on all our beds. If any bed part breaks, that part will be replaced ASAP.

Our warranty covers only our beds.

This warranty covers only structural defects and manufacturing faults. It does not cover fabric damage, deterioration or staining, or other such damages caused through the misuse of our beds.


For orders within the UK Mainland, deliveries would be made in 3-4 days after confirmation of your order.

Delivery date and time and time on all orders will be confirmed in advance of delivery.

Our products are delivered by third-party couriers.

All deliveries are made to the ground floor. Our third-party couriers do not make deliveries to any other floor.

Our Couriers deliver to most postal areas in mainland Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales)

We offer a limited service to remote areas of the mainland.

Our couriers deliver Up to PH25, PA15 and PL15

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, the Outer Hebrides, and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands.

Deliveries are free of charge to locations on Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands). We do not deliver to KW,IV and TR (all postcodes)

We also do not deliver to UK Isles.

Deliveries missed or aborted due to the Customer, will incur an additional £75 charge payable by the Customer.

Your Delivery Date

Once you have made your purchase online and our team have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date. Your delivery date will be on your confirmation email.

If you cannot accept your delivery within 14 days of the original agreed delivery date, your order may be subject to storage charges. See our terms and conditions for more details.

We will send you delivery time slot day before delivery in evening via call/text/email. On the day of delivery our couriers will also call you up to 30 minutes before the delivery.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday 6 AM - 9 PM, depending on your location in the UK.

Please note that when products are ordered at different times, we cannot guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches.

Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted.

Please check the item dimensions when you order to make sure that the item will fit into your room

We will not refund order that will not fit in your home due to item dimensions.
