If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully before making a return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
✅ The item must be free from damage, stains, odors, or modifications.
✅ Custom-made or personalized beds cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
Used or assembled items – Once an item has been used or assembled, we cannot accept returns.
Mattresses without original packaging – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mattress returns once the packaging has been opened.
Custom or made-to-order beds – Any bed made to specific dimensions, fabrics, colors, or styles per customer request is non-returnable unless defective.
Clearance or sale items – Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final and cannot be returned.
Damaged due to misuse – If the product is damaged due to improper handling or assembly, it is not eligible for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the above criteria and wish to return an item, follow these steps:

4. Refund Policy

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped or processed cannot be canceled.

8. Warranty Information

All our beds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering:

This does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Accidental damage
