We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:
we have insufficient stock to deliver the item you have ordered.
our Couriers do not deliver to your area.
one or more of the items ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website.
the items are withdrawn by the manufacturer or by order of any governmental authority

We do reject your order, we will notify you by email and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the order as soon as possible,
In any event if refund takes up to 7 days, we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Each bed and mattress are bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any beds or mattresses.
With all our mattresses due to hygiene reasons they can’t be returned or exchanged once opened. If it’s not opened and customer wants to returns it , they will have to pay return postage.
We do not offer any VAT returns and VAT refunds

If you are placing order for an ottoman bed please make sure you add ottoman option under bed base and don’t select slats (free option)
